Futurecentric
At Futurecentric we like to work closely alongsie are friendly, sometimes aloof and always bring a broad base of ideas to the table. We usually work for a fixed price that is focussed on the desired result so we all know where we stand from start to finish.
Our Values
We value, in ourselves and our clients, the ability to:
- solve problems
- push boundaries
- make a tangible difference
- maximise results
- with drive and imagination.
Methods
We use commonly held methods for business success but we find new and interesting ways to apply them. The balance between financial and non-financial performance is important to us. This means that we focus on uncovering new ways to show how well client organisations can perform. This is often indicated in as yet unrealised aspects of their business, for example Brand strategy driving Business strategy. We use methods in less formal ways and take a wider view than expected but net a broader range of challenges and opportunities to work with.
Models
We usually re-craft standard business models like the Balanced Scorecard, Strategy Maps and 90 Day Planning adapting and aligning them toproblems or create new opportunities. As well, we have developed a range of models that focus on specific needs.
- Circuit Breaker - break old habits and move on.
- Challenges and Opportunities Mapping - focus on the best things to do.
- Accelerator - project performance enhancer.
- Value Network Analysis - amplify the impact of networks.
- Venture Wheel Teams - entrepreneurship generator.
