VentureQuotient in 10 easy steps
- Futurecentric conducts a free consultation with you from which we develop a programme of activity including agreed performance levels.
- We meet with your chosen team to introduce the concept.
- The team completes an assessment questionnaire online which will be used to compare capabilities against our VentureQuotient formulae and identify if external members need to be added to the team.
- The team uses scenario modelling to identify activity for your business. Videoed cameos by experts from various fields are used as the catalyst for this planing exercise. The content of the videos is based on the needs of your business.
- Any external members needed are profiled, agreed to by the team members and recruited.
- With the Venture Wheel in place, a workshop run by Futurecentric will establish what the team wants to achieve.
- Subsequent workshops will utilise the various future-thinking tools of the Venture Wheel.
- The Venture Wheel completes its planning session and allocates tasks to its members.
- Venture Wheel members complete tasks.
- The results of the work are evaluated and the Venture Wheel can disband or move on to planning other projects.
How much will it cost?
The Initial VentureQuotient programme (items 1 to 4) costs about the same as sending team members to a two day conference.
